All classes, lectures & seminars are held as negotiated whether at your home, business, rec center, church, park, etc. or for special circumstances at my residence. I also offer weekly follow-along group classes in Winter Park at the Winter Park Presbyterian Church and the University Club of Winter Park.

Cost and schedule for GROUP classes:

2 - (1-hour) classes per week, Mon & Fri at 11:30am-12:30pm
Winter Park Presbyterian Church is at:
