Program 1
Monthly Commitment to Achieve Goals
Qi (Energy Cultivation) - Ongoing Follow-Along Classes combined with extra individual attention focusing on moving the body along with learning to regulate the breath to move the Qi throughout the energy meridians within the human body. Qi cultivation and more awareness of achieving a higher level of consciousness through these practices. Basically, make a deliberate effort to learn how to maintain or fix your body with your mind.
Program 2
Yearly Commitment to Achieve Goals With a Serious Interest to Learn (& Possibly Teach)
Shen (Achieving Higher Consciousness) - Ongoing Follow-Along Classes combined with extra individual attention, private training/mentoring, online streaming classes and resources, focusing on advanced body movement along, in depth education of energy circulation (Qi) by to regulating the breath and body movement to fill the 8 Extraordinary Vessels within the human body. Extensive education in understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how it relates to Jing (physical conditioning, Qi, and the exploration of reaching a higher level of understanding of ones consciousness, purpose and life direction. Basically, learn how to unite your body, mind and consciousness to achieve your potential.
Programs 3 & 4
Recreational level - 1 month commitment or drop-in as you please
Jing (physical training) - Ongoing Follow-Along Classes focus on moving the body through its full range of motion while developing balance, flexibility, strength, coordination. Introduction to basic concepts of Qi cultivation and awareness of achieving a higher level of consciousness through these practices. Basically, get your body moving and learn the fundamentals.

Zen Wellness Medical Qigong Restorative Program
Self-Mastery Mentoring Program

200 Hours
Investment Cost and Schedule:
2 one-hour classes (off site at instructor’s discretion) per week and unlimited attendance to
to all other follow-along group classes

typically up to 7 classes per week (2 follow-alongs, + 2 offsite, + 3 online classes per week)
$4500 - 200 hour commitment

Become a certified Zen Wellness Lineage Holder / Instructor
This is a combination of live immersions and on-line classroom to earn your 200-hour Medical Qigong Masters Path Certification. You begin by reviewing the home study kit, teachings from the on-line library and beginning your personal practice and participation in the weekly on-line trainings with Master Leone. We will then meet at two of our live Medical Qigong and Qi Fit immersions to accumulate your training hours. All 200 hours are contact hours.
The home study and practice you do is in addition to the 200 contact hours.

Program 3
Follow-Along Class + Individual Adjustments & Directions
Investment Cost and schedule:
2- (1-1/2 hour) classes per week, Mon & Fri at 11:30am-12:30pm, plus 12:30-1pm

Program 4
Ongoing Weekly Follow-Along Classes
Chen Style Tai Chi (fundamentals, 5 Root Directions, 8 Expressions)
Come and go as you please with no commitment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and rubber soled shoes.
Ongoing weekly follow-along classes consist of about 10 minutes of qigong and explanation of theory and background information. Followed by exercises from various martial arts for balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, etc. The 2nd half of the class focuses on forms (or sets) of exercises from Tai Chi or other fitness based martial arts, linked together for greater development of the mind & body connection.

2 - (1-hour) classes per week, Mon & Fri at 11:30am-12:30pm
