- The information provided is geared toward novices, as well as those who are experienced or at advanced levels of fitness. It is up to the individual to determine where they fit into these categories. Please don't confuse "easy looking" exercises as being non-beneficial, nor "seemingly difficult" exercises as being unobtainable. I have taught classes in Winter Park, FL for over 27 years, which has provided me many opportunities for video footage.  My instruction is beneficial for all adult ages, not just those shown in the footage.

- There are a few instruction videos as well as "follow along" classes and some demonstration videos on this site. Not all of these videos are of the highest video quality; sorry. Technology has been changing faster than I have been able to keep up. Videos range from a few minutes in length to the maximum of 20 minutes. Many more at my YouTube channel at

It is not the purpose of this site to make claims of these techniques and methods to be better or worse than any other styles or methods of self improvement. Rather, I am presenting a system that has offered some positive benefits to those participating in these methods. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to do their due diligence and determine if these methods will work for the them.
