Click onto one of the images to view many various video files from some of my past classes and other instruction. Almost 40 years worth of footage, journals, graphics, etc. documenting what knowledge and information I have been blessed to accumulate.

It is almost always better to learn in person, rather than from a book or video. However, more information overall adds to cumulative knowledge you can gain from studying about how to develop your mind, body and self-awareness.

There are hundreds of different exercises, poses, forms, sets, etc. Some of these exercises are thousands of years old. Low-impact and all with various levels of difficultly allow everyone to benefit from practicing. All poses have physical, mental and self-awareness aspects, depending on the individual's goals and interests.
