Pal Gye 7

Pal Gye 7

Pal Gye set #7 introduces various different body and hand positions, some similar yet unlike from sets #1-6. Many nerve end-ings dead-end at the fingertips as do the energy meridians within the human body. Reflexology and acupuncture points on the hands stimulate energy flow to the internal organs. On the muscular level, these hand positions exercise the muscles in the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms. Each position can also have self defense applications.
